Description:

Swim Vest Neoprene Float from the Vanilla Copenhagen Ocean Collection.
Children will swim like a little fish in the water with a swim vest on.
A swim vest increases your child's comfort and safety in the water. The inside foam helps with safety and natural buoyancy.

Features:

  • The swim vest has 8 internal foams that can be removed, so the swim vest is adapted to the child's size, needs and abilities (detailed instructions included).
  • 1-3 years (max 20 kg)
  • 3-6 years (max 25 kg)
  • Size guide: 1-3 years: up to 20 kg - breast size up to 56 cm, 3-6 years: up to 25 kg - breast size up to 60 cm, 6-8 years: up to 35 kg breast size up to 64 cm.
  • A swim jacket increases comfort and safety in the water and protects from the sun (SPF 50+)
  • Swim vest in 2 mm soft neoprene (same material as swim pants) with a durable layer of nylon on sides, sturdy stitching and a strong YKK zipper.
  • CE European Standard: EN 13138-1: 2014
  • Puncture-free foam filling that can be removed
  • YKK zipper with Velcro closer so the child can't open it
  • The swim jacket is 100% free of phthalates and without latex

You must ensure that the child has the optimal buoyancy. The right level is when the baby is at the same level as you when you are treading water where the water is around the shoulders - otherwise the baby is unstable or tipping into the water. You can adjust the buoyancy by simply removing some of the floats from the pockets of the vest. When the child is at the right level, the child will be able to control their buoyancy with ease. You easily remove the floats from the vest by removing them from the pockets inside the vest. Always remove 2 floats at a time, one from each side and with the same number. For example, 1 and 1 float on each side, the same goes for 2, 3 and 4.

NOTE: The vest is NOT a life jacket and should NEVER be worn as such. Your children should always be supervised by an adult.
