How we work
Design Process
01
You will have an initial consultation, during which our team will discuss your design goals and preferences.
After the initial consultation, a one-time fee will be charged for a detailed design proposal, our team will work with you to create a design plan, including space planning, furniture selection, color consultation, and more. We will provide regular updates throughout the process and make necessary revisions.
You will receive inspiration boards, mood-boards, furniture layouts, furniture and accessories selection and estimated costs.
Design Implementation
02
Once the design plan and quotation has been finalized, a 50% deposit is required to begin the implementation process. This includes ordering and installing furniture and accessories, coordinating with contractors, and overseeing the entire project.
Progressive Payment
03
25% of the project cost will be due before installation at site.
Final Payment
04
The remaining 25% of the project cost will be due upon completion of the project. Our team will conduct a final walkthrough to ensure that everything is to your satisfaction.
